What we build, by the situation you are in

You do not need to know what the solution is called. Find the situation that sounds like yours; each one comes with a project we have built for it.

“We run it in spreadsheets, forms and email”

Applications arrive by form, get copied into a spreadsheet, and someone keeps the versions straight by hand. We build the portal or back-office workflow that collects, reviews and publishes that data in one place.

A festival once organised across duplicated spreadsheets now runs on one platform, and the organisers' time goes into the festival itself.

What gets built

  • Application and approval workflows with private data
  • Role-based portals with passwordless login
  • Custom WordPress plugins that model your process, not a generic one

“We want to sell online, and our stock lives elsewhere”

Your products, prices or stock live with suppliers, in a warehouse system or in an ERP, and nobody wants to type them into a shop. We build the webshop and the integrations around it (APIs, supplier feeds, payments and shipping), so it stays in step on its own.

A publisher's bookshop sends every paid order to its ERP as an invoice and takes its stock from the warehouse. Nobody retypes anything.

What gets built

  • WooCommerce shops for large catalogues and several languages
  • ERP and accounting integrations: orders out, stock in (Directo, for example)
  • Supplier feeds in XML, CSV or JSON, guarded against bad files
  • Payments and shipping, for example Montonio bank links and parcel machines

“Our bookings, events and lists live in three places”

The same booking or event is entered on the website, in a calendar and in a spreadsheet, and the three drift apart. We connect the tools you already use, so that one entry updates the rest.

An organisation publishes a booking or event once; its Google Calendar, the calendars on the website and the registration sheet update themselves.

What gets built

  • Google Calendar and Google Sheets integrations
  • Connections to newsletter, ticketing and analytics tools
  • REST APIs, webhooks and scheduled jobs, with logging and alerts

Built into every project

These are not sold separately. They are how the work is done.

Speed and infrastructure

Layered caching, a CDN strategy and a tuned server, so the system stays fast as it grows.

Measurement you can trust

Search Console, GA4 and consent-aware tracking, including server-side purchase events for the orders a browser never reports.

Automation with human review

Repetitive content and data work is automated, with checks and a person's review where it matters.

After launch

Updates, log monitoring and a monthly report for a fixed monthly fee, agreed per project.
